Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines civil penalties against any individual knowingly providing false information in an infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3), including expenses and legal fees.

Submitting Counter Notification

- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to legal jurisdiction, accepting service of process from the original complainant
